We are an alkaline water source. We start with the city water, send it through a rigorous reverse osmosis process, then add in some alkaline minerals. The end result is the BEST tasting water in New Braunfels with 10+ alkalinity. The Water Bar offers 8 self-serve water stations inside our store, and we offer a semi-monthly delivery service (very popular).
